Costco LED lights that Catch fire!

I had two seperate strands of LED *OUTDOOR* Christmas lights catch fire. It appears that it has something to do with the power connector. Funny enough, its the CSA sticker that causes the 1 foot high flames that my Neighbour and I witnessed.

Apparently Costco has a recall. They were going back regardless. But since I know that costco tracks purchases, it would have been nice to recieve a phone call.
